Ingredients
  

  • 1 recipe Quick Bread Dough
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • approximately 2 tbsp for sprinkling cinnamon
  • 12 ounces brie cheese, cut into pieces
  • 1 pint blackberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • approximately 1/2 cup honey to drizzle
  • Mama Francesca Parmesan cheese for topping

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ºF (200°C).
  2. Roll the quick bread dough into an oblong shape on a 9x13 inch baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Use your fingers to gently poke dimples all over the dough.
  4. Brush the olive oil evenly over the top of the dough.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon over the dough, adjusting the amount to your preference.
  6. Place the cut pieces of brie cheese evenly over the dough.
  7. Evenly distribute the fresh blackberries over the brie.
  8. Scatter the chopped pecans over the blackberries and brie.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Remove the pizza from the oven.
  11. Drizzle approximately 1/2 cup of honey generously over the hot pizza.
  12. Sprinkle Mama Francesca Parmesan cheese over the honey-drizzled pizza.
  13. Cut the pizza into slices.
  14. Serve immediately and enjoy warm.
