Blackberry Brie Bites

Flaky crescent rolls hug creamy brie and sweet blackberry jelly, baked until golden and topped with fresh berries.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 - 8 ounce package refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 - 8 ounce round Brie cheese
  • 1/4 cup blackberry jelly
  • 24 fresh blackberries

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Spray 2 - 12 count mini muffin tins with nonstick spray.
  3. Unroll the crescent rolls.
  4. Separate the crescent rolls into 4 rectangles.
  5. Press the seams of each rectangle together.
  6. Cut each rectangle into 6 even squares.
  7. Press each crescent roll square into the prepared mini muffin tins.
  8. Cut the rind off the Brie cheese.
  9. Cut the Brie cheese into 24 small squares.
  10. Place one Brie square into each crescent-lined muffin cup.
  11. Spoon a small amount of blackberry jelly on top of each cheese square.
  12. Fold the tips of the crescent rolls over the filling, if desired.
  13. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  14. Remove from the oven.
  15. Top each bite with a fresh blackberry on a toothpick.
  16. Serve immediately.

Notes

Ensure your oven is fully preheated for even baking.
Don't overfill with jelly to prevent bubbling over.
For easy removal, let them cool slightly in the tins.
Serve warm for the best melty brie experience.
